Give Yourself a Break || Real Thought
I always find it SO hard to clam my self down when I have a lot to do. This takes me back to finals, and when I have to finish my projects and think of ways to solve the problems for my project. There was SOSO much problems that I need to solve and to figure out, I wanted everything to be perfect, and everything is right. BUT the thing is NOTHING turn out RIGHT!!!
It was the worst time of my life when I stressed out so much because I had too much to do. I felt like I can't slow down, and if I did I wouldn't have time to finish it and would fail the class. I timed everything so well in my head, I know what I need to do in every area, and didn't schedule a break in there. And Thats what I want to talk about, Give Yourself a Break!!
Last night I notice that I haven't really given myself a proper break. Now with blogging and all, I'm actually busier. I'm a full-time student has a part-time job and a part-time Blogger. Life is full of stuff for me to do, and sometimes it's okay to stop and take a break.
A Break Mentally can really help you with to lower stress level. Taking a deep breath can calm your nervous system and clear your thoughts. Another way is, just stops and chill!! I mean literary set aside your what every your thinking and chill! Take a bath!!!!
If you really need a break from the world you should just turn off your phone and computer. Sometimes social stress is very stressful. The feeling that you must reply to someone's text is happening to everyone. The thing is it's OKAY to miss someone's text or phone call. You don't have to feel bad what so ever. Do what benefits you, and if you just need a break from everyone then take it!! In the end, no one is really stopping you, but YOU!!
Taking a break is actually a very simple thing to do, and yet some people have a hard time doing it. This year had just begun, and I don't want to stress myself out right away.
