A Cup of Yogurt Delight || LOVE YOURSELF
Can you believe it's February already!! This month is all about LOVE, however, love is not something you need to give out to others, you should save some for yourself. Self-love is also very important, so this is why I want to share with you a simple snack that can help you feel better about yourself!! That's right a cup of Yogurt!!
Yogurt is a very popular product, however, many brands added sugar and other flavorings to make it taste better. Hate to break it to you, but that is NOT HEALTHY!!!! Plain, unsweetened yogurt IS, it can help with your digestive system, strengthen your immune system, and it's full of Nutrients. So treat yourself with something healthy!!
WHAT YOU NEED...
1 cup of Yogurt
1/4 cup of Raspberry
1/4 cup of Banana
***Remeber this is only my pick of fruits, if you preferred another kind of fruit, feel free to change it up***
Let's get started...
1.Add 1/2 cup of yogurt to the cup, make it flat. This way you will have a nice flat layer to put your fruits in.
2.Then place the banana flat on top of the yogurt, remember to cover the top.
3.Then place another layer of raspberry on top of the banana
4.Add the rest of the yogurt on top of the raspberry. Also, make this layer flat.
5. Decor the top of the yogurt with the fruits. I went for a simple way. It looked really nice!!
I really like the simplicity of this fancy little yogurt cup, to be honest, I believe it's a tumbler that my mom uses for her wine. Haha!! All in all, it did the job and it turns out great!
Also, I really want to say that yogurt is a very healthy snack and it's really easy to make with some fruits. The unsweetened yogurt is the healthiest choice. Don't cheat your self with a flavored one, try adding your own little taste in it. Remember only you can make this happen!!
